Ingredients list for Sugar Paste
- 2 cups Icing sugar sifted
- 3/4 teaspoon Unflavoured Gelatine
- 2 tablespoons Liquid glucose
- 1 tablespoon Glycerine
Method
- Dissolve gelatine in one tablespoon of warm water. Mix all the ingredients together and knead until soft. Use to cover Christmas and fruit cakes.
