Ingredients for Sugar Free Apricot Shrikhand Recipe

  • Golden Apricots 15 - 20

  • Sugar Free 20 measures

  • Hung yogurt 2 cups

  • Pistachios,sliced 10-15


Step 1

Slice the golden apricots. Take them in a pan, add one and half cups of water and half the Sugar Free and mix. Cook on low heat for fifteen to twenty minutes. Take hung yogurt in another bowl.

Step 2

Add the remaining Sugar Free and mix. Squeeze this mixture through a muslin cloth. Put the shrikhand in a stemmed glass.

Step 3

Remove the stewed apricots from heat and put them on top of the shrikhand. Garnish with pistachios and serve.
