Ingredients for Sprouts, Cottage Cheese And Fruit Salad Recipe

  • Bean Sprouts blanched 3/4 cup

  • Cottage Cheese cut into ½ inch cubes 50 grams

  • Pineapple cut into ½ inch cubes 1/4 small

  • Pear cut into ½ inch cubes 1 small

  • Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon

  • Olive oil 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Honey 1/2 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns crushed 1/4 teaspoon

  • Iceberg lettuce leaves 2

  • Fresh mint leaves torn 10-12


Step 1

Mix lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt and crushed black peppercorns in a bowl and chill in a refrigerator for about an hour.

Step 2

Mix bean sprouts, cottage cheese, pineapple and pear in another bowl and chill in a refrigerator for about an hour. Just before serving pour the dressing on top of the sprouts, cottage cheese and fruits.

Step 3

Line a serving platter with the iceberg lettuce leaves, put the salad over them and serve immediately garnished with torn mint leaves.
