Spaghetti Bolognese An authentic recipe of spaghetti pasta cooked in a deliciously lusciously and perfectly balanced tomato sauce. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 May 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Spaghetti, Mutton Mince Cuisine Italian Course Main Course Mutton Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Spaghetti Bolognese 300 grams Spaghetti 300 grams Mutton Mince Salt to taste 2 teaspoon olive oil 1 tablespoon garlic finely chopped 1 tablespoon celery stalk finely chopped 1 onion medium, finely chopped 1 carrot small, chopped 1 1/2 cups tomato concasse 1/2 cup tomato puree crushed black peppercorns to taste 1/2 tablespoon garam masala 1 teaspoon red chilli powder Parmeasan cheese as required to garnish parsley sprigs Method Boil sufficient water in a deep pan, add salt, 2 tsps oil, spaghetti and cook till al-dante. Heat remaining oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, celery and onion and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add carrot and sauté for 2 minutes. Add mutton mince and sauté for 4-5 minutes on high heat. Add tomato concasse and tomato puree, mix well. Add crushed black peppercorns, garam masala and sauté for 1 minute. Add red chilli powder, salt and continue cooking till the sauce thickens. Strain spaghetti with the help of strainer. Place the portion of spaghetti on a serving plate and top with the prepared sauce. Grate some parmesan cheese on it and garnish with parsley sprigs.
