Drain them and set aside on a plate. Add onion, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala, mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken pieces and mix well, cover and cook till done. Meanwhile keep the coal on direct flame. Add coconut and coriander leaves to the chicken and mix well. Put the burning coal in a bowl and place the bowl in the pan amid the chicken pieces. Place cloves on the coal and drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil. Cover the pan tightly and let it remain for 15-20 mins.
