Ingredients list for Saucy Paneer
- 250 grams Paneer cut into 1 inch cubes
Method
- Heat one and a half tablespoons oil in a non-stick wok, add onion and cook till soft.Add broccoli and sauté for two minutes.
- Add cottage cheese cubes and sauté for a minute. Transfer this mixture into a bowl and set aside.
- Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick wok add garlic, green chillies, soy sauce, chilli-garlic sauce, tomato ketchup and mix.
- Cook for a few seconds. Add the sautéed vegetables-cottage cheese and toss gently.
- Add salt and black pepper powder. Cook for two to three minutes on low heat, sprinkling water if necessary.
- Cook till the sauce coats the cottage cheese and the vegetables. Serve hot
