- 4 Fresh oranges
- a few sprigs Fresh mint leaves,hand torn Fresh mint leaves,hand torn
- 4 tablespoons Brown sugar
Method
- Halve the oranges, remove the pips, sprinkle half a tablespoon of brown sugar on each half and rest for about ten to fifteen minutes.
- Place some mint leaves over the spout of the citrus juicer and holding one half of an orange over the leaves work the juicer.
- Similarly remove the juice from all the orange halves.
- Pour into a glass and serve.
