Ingredients list for Quick Strawberry Cheese Cake
- 1 cup Hung curd
- 8 Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Paneer (cottage cheese) grated
- 2 tablespoon Icing sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 3-4 strands Saffron (kesar) mixed with 2 tablespoons of milk
- 8 Digestive biscuits
Method
- Place the hung yogurt in a bowl. Add the cottage cheese, icing sugar, green cardamom powder and saffron milk and mix till soft and creamy.
- Spread a thick layer of this mixture over each biscuit and smoothen the surface with a dampened knife. Slice the strawberries without slicing through completely.
- Gently spread them out into a fan and place one over the topping on each biscuit. Serve immediately.
