Ingredients
- 400 grams okra (bhindi), ends trimmed and cut into ½ inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add okra and mix.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt. Mix well and let it cook for eight to ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
