Ingredients list for Queen Of Puddings
- 1 1/2 cups Fresh bread crumbs
 
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C/ 325°F. Grease an ovenproof mould with 2 tbsps butter.
 - Heat milk in a non stick pan. Place the breadcrumbs in a bowl. Add remaining butter and mix well.
 - Add lemon rind. Add sugar to milk and stir till it dissolves. Break eggs into a bowl and beat. Add hot milk to the breadcrumbs and let it soak. Add raisins and eggs and mix.
 - Pour the mixture into the prepared mould, taking care that it is not filled to the top.
 - Pour some water into a baking tray, keep the mould in it and bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes.
 - Mix a jam of your choice with a little water to make a sauce. Drizzle the sauce over the pudding and serve hot.
