By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Feb 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Ladyfingers (bhindi) Cuisine Punjabi Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 250 grams ladyfingers (bhindi), cut into cylinders 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 green chillies, slit 2 medium onions, sliced ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder 2 teaspoons red chilli powder 2 teaspoons coriander powder Salt to taste 1 teaspoon dried mango powder (amchur) Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and green chillies. Sauté for half a minute. Add onions and sauté till brown. Add ladyfingers and toss to mix. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and amchur. Mix well, lower heat and cook till the vegetable is done. Serve hot.
