Ingredients list for Pumpkin With Coconut Milk
- 250 grams Red pumpkin (bhopla/kaddu) peeled and grated
Method
- Heat ghee in a deep non stick pan. Add pumpkin and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add sugar and cook till sugar dissolves.
Add 1 cup coconut milk and cook. Add watermelon seeds and mix well. Cook till the pumpkin is completely cooked.
Add the remaining coconut milk and mix. - Serve hot.
