  • 100 grams Prunes

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC. Chop prunes. Sift refined flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add lemon rind, brown sugar and mix well. Add oil and mix well. Add prunes, milk and oats and mix well to make a soft dough. Line a baking tray with a silicon sheet. Take small portions of prune mixture and place on the silicon sheet, keeping a little distance between each.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight tin.
