Ingredients list for Prune & Pistachio Chocolate
- 16 Prunes
- 200 grams Chocolate
- 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- 16 Pistachios,blanched and peeled
Method
- Melt the chocolate in the Microwave for thirty seconds to one minute. Remove and mix well. Add fresh cream and mix again. Keep mixing till it is a bit thick and smooth (ganache). Put this mixture into a piping bag and pipe it over the prunes. Decorate with a pistachio on each prune and serve.
