By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Feb 2022 in Recipes Course New Update Pepperoni Pizza Main Ingredients Pizza dough, Pepperoni, Mozzarella Cheese Cuisine Italian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 250 grams pizza dough 16-20 pepperoni slices Refined flour for dusting Olive oil for brushing Pizza sauce for spreading 100 grams fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into thick slices 8-10 fresh basil leaves Method Dust the worktop with some flour, place the dough, knock back to release excess air and knead again. Preheat oven to 180° C. Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll out into large semi-thick discs, place on a baking tray, cover with a damp muslin cloth and set aside to prove for 5-10 minutes Prick the proven discs using a fork and brush some olive oil on top. To prepare one pizza, spread some pizza sauce, place ½ of mozzarella cheese slices, pepperoni slices and basil leaves. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
