  • 2 tablespoons Peanut butter
  • 4 Chocolate brownies
  • 10 scoops Vanilla icecream
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Method

  1. Put honey and peanut butter into a bowl and beat well with an electric beater. Add 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream and beat again. Roughly crumble brownies and add to the bowl and continue to beat taking care that some brownie pieces remain.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a silicon mould.
  3. Put 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in another bowl and beat well. Spoon dollops of this ice cream over the peanut-vanilla mixture in the mould and create marble effects with a spoon.
  4. Cover the silicon mould with a lid and refrigerate till frozen.
  5. Serve chilled.
