Ingredients list for Peach Brulee
- 2 Peaches,tinned
- 1/2 cup Hung curd
- as required Brown sugar
Method
- Roughly chop peaches and put in a chopper jar. Add hung yogurt and process.
- Pour into shot glasses upto ¾ full. Put 1 tsp brown sugar in each glass.
- Cover the glasses with cling film and chill in the refrigerator preferably for 1 day.
- During this time the sugar will melt and sweeten the yogurt mixture.
- Serve chilled.
