Ingredients list for Paprika and Parmesan Roasted Potato Wedges
- 5-6 medium Potato parboiled and cut into wedges with skin
- 2 Parmesan cheese powder large pinches
Method
- Preheat oven at 180°C. Place a silicon sheet on a baking tray.
- Combine potato wedges, garlic, crushed peppercorns, salt, dried herbs, red chilli flakes and olive oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Place the potato wedges on the baking tray and put it in the preheated oven. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Remove wedges from oven and place on a serving plate. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder and chopped parsley on top and serve hot.
