Ingredients for Paprika and Parmesan Roasted Potato Wedges Recipe

  • Potato parboiled and cut into wedges with skin 5-6 medium

  • Parmesan cheese powder large pinches 2

  • garlic finely chopped 1 tablespoon

  • crushed black peppercorns ½ teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Mixed dried herbs 1 teaspoon

  • Olive oil 4-5 tablespoons

  • Finely chopped fresh parsley for garnishing

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven at 180°C. Place a silicon sheet on a baking tray.

Step 2

Combine potato wedges, garlic, crushed peppercorns, salt, dried herbs, red chilli flakes and olive oil in a bowl and mix well.

Step 3

Place the potato wedges on the baking tray and put it in the preheated oven. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

Step 4

Remove wedges from oven and place on a serving plate. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder and chopped parsley on top and serve hot.
