Ingredients
- 20-24 paneer tikka cubes
- 250 grams naan dough
- Refined flour for dusting
- Makhni sauce as required
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
- 2 medium green capsicums, cut into small squares
- 1 medium onion, cut into cubes and layers separated
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Crushed dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) as required
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Grease a baking tray.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Dust some refined flour on the worktop, place one dough portion over it and roll out into an oval shape pizza base. Place it on the baking tray and dock holes all over the surface with a fork.
- Spread some makhni sauce on it. Arrange some mozzarella cheese cubes and some paneer tikka cubes all over it. Arrange some capsicum squares, some onion cubes, some cherry tomato halves and sprinkle some kasuri methi. Place some more mozzarella cheese cubes over it.
- Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Make more pizzas similarly.
- Bring it out of the oven, keep it on a serving plate and serve hot.
