Ingredients list for Orange Curd Rice
- for garnishing Orange marmalade 1 tablespoon +
- 3 cups Rice (kolam) boiled
- 8-9 Orange segments
- for garnishing Orange zest 1 teaspoon +
- 1½ cups Hung yogurt
- ½ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar)
Method
- Combine yogurt, castor sugar and orange marmalade in a bowl and mix well.
- Add some orange juice from the orange segments and mix well. Add rice and mix well.
- Roughly chop orange segments and add. Mix well.
- Add orange zest and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled in orange shells garnished with orange marmalade and orange zest.
