Ingredients list for Olive and Chilli Cheese

  • 32-36 Black Olives Pitted pitted
  • 8-10 Green Olives Pitted pitted
  • 4 tablespoons Thai sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • Cheese spread 3-4 tablespoonss + 1/2 cup
  • 16-18 Salty biscuits
  • 1/4 medium Green capsicum

Method

  1. Cut green olives into thin strips. Cut green capsicum into thin strips and halve them.
  2. Fill piping bag with ½ cup cheese spread and keep in the refrigerator till chilled.
  3. Place 3-4 tbsps cheese spread in a bowl and heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add Thai sweet chilli sauce and mix well. Add red chilli powder and mix well.
  4. Place the biscuits on a serving platter. Remove the piping bag from the refrigerator and pipe out cheese spread on top of the biscuits. Place 2 black olives on each biscuit, place green olive strips on some biscuits and capsicum strips on the remaining biscuits, pour cheese-chilli mixture on top and serve immediately.
