By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Muesli, Cornflakes Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 3.30-4 hour Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Muesli Ice Cream Muesli 1/2 cup Cornflakes crushed 1/2 cup Oats Method To make the muesli, lightly roast oats, almonds, pistachios, walnuts and cashewnuts in a non-stick pan for three to four minutes. Set aside to cool. Add cornflakes and mix well. To make the ice cream mix milk, milk powder, fresh cream, powdered sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl and whisk till the sugar gets dissolved. Pour into a shallow container, cover and freeze till firm. Remove it and blend it in a blender till smooth. Add three fourth of the muesli mixture to the ice cream and mix well. Transfer into a shallow container, sprinkle the remaining muesli mixture over the top. Cover and freeze. Scoop and serve.
