Ingredients for Mixed Sprouts Cups Recipe

  • Mixed sprouts (moong, chana, matki) , blanched 200 grams

  • Sabziwala bhuna masala 130 grams

  • Spring roll wrappers , cut into 2 inch squares 2-3

  • Melted butter as required

  • Processed cheese 50 grams

  • Jalapeno pepper slices as required


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180° C

Step 2

Put sprouts in a non-stick pan, add sabziwala bhuna masala and ½ cup water, mix well and cook till dry.

Step 3

Meanwhile, brush melted butter over all the spring roll wrapper pieces. Place 2-3 pieces in each silicon mould.

Step 4

Half fill each mould with spiced sprouts.

Step 5

Cut cheese into small pieces, not too thick nor too thin.

Step 6

Put jalapeno slices in each mould and over that keep the cheese pieces.

Step 7

Place the moulds on a tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Step 8

Bring the tray out of the oven, demould the sprouts cups, arrange them on a serving platter and serve hot.
