By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Advertisment Main Ingredients Whole Wheat Flour, Soya Flour Cuisine Indian Course Breads Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Mixed Flour Roti 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1/4 cup Soya Flour 1/4 cup Jawari flour 1/4 cup Millet flour (bajre ka atta) to taste Salt 2 Green chillies chopped 1 medium Onion chopped 4 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder Advertisment Method In a bowl mix whole wheat flour, soya flour, jowar flour, bajra flour and salt. Add green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, turmeric powder and mix. Add enough water and knead into a soft dough. Rest the dough for ten minutes. Divide the dough into twelve equal portions. Dust with flour and roll out into medium thick chapattis. Heat a tawa and roast the chapattis till done on both sides. Serve hot.
