Mild Prawns With Red Chilli Salsa A delicious combination of prawns with chilli salsa. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Mar 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Prawns, Olive Oil Cuisine Mexican Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 1.30-2 hour Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Mild Prawns With Red Chilli Salsa 16-18 Prawns peeled deveined with tails intact 5 tablespoons Olive Oil 1 cloves Garlic crushed 3 tablespoons Lemon juice to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1 large Tomato seeded and chopped finely 1 Fresh red chilli seeded and chopped finely 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped for garnishing Lemon slices Method Mix together two tablespoons olive oil, garlic, one and a half tablespoons lemon juice, salt and pepper powder. Add prawns, mix and set aside to marinate for thirty minutes. Thread the prawns onto skewers. Heat the Grill Pan and place the prawns in it. Pour the remaining marinade on top of the prawns and cook for four minutes or till pink. In another bowl, mix together the remaining oil, remaining lemon juice, tomato, red chilli, parsley, salt and pepper powder. Remove the prawns onto a serving plate and pour the dressing on them.
