Ingredients list for Mild Prawns With Red Chilli Salsa
- 16-18 Prawns peeled deveined with tails intact
- 5 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cloves Garlic crushed
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- 1 large Tomato seeded and chopped finely
- 1 Fresh red chilli seeded and chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
- for garnishing Lemon slices
Method
- Mix together two tablespoons olive oil, garlic, one and a half tablespoons lemon juice, salt and pepper powder. Add prawns, mix and set aside to marinate for thirty minutes.
- Thread the prawns onto skewers. Heat the Grill Pan and place the prawns in it. Pour the remaining marinade on top of the prawns and cook for four minutes or till pink.
- In another bowl, mix together the remaining oil, remaining lemon juice, tomato, red chilli, parsley, salt and pepper powder. Remove the prawns onto a serving plate and pour the dressing on them.
- Garnish with lemon slices and serve hot.
