Place a silicon sheet on a baking tray. Take butter in a bowl and smoothen it. Add salt, ¼ tsp crushed peppercorns and sugar. Mix well and add egg and beat well with an electric beater. Add refined flour and mix well. Add milk, Saffola Pepper and Spice Oats, 1 tsp chopped parsley and knead well into a soft dough. Dust worktop with little flour. Place dough on it and spread into a 2 inch thick disc. Using a small cookie cutter, cut out 8 small discs from it. These are scones. Place the scones on the baking tray and put in the preheated oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Whisk double cream in a bowl. Add lemon juice, remaining crushed peppercorns and 1 tsp chopped parsley and mix well. Remove scones from oven and place on a serving plate. Garnish with the cream mixture and chopped parsley and serve.
