Ingredients list for Mango Chocolate with Ice cream

  • 3 Ripe Alphanso mangoes
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate chopped
  • as require to serve Vanilla ice cream

Method

  1. Melt chocolate on a double boiler.
  2. Peel mangoes and cut off a slice from each side of the seed. Keep two slices, flat side down on the chopping board, leave a little space on the top of the slice and cut not too thin slices at equal distance. Then gently push the slices to one side with your fingers and you will get fan shaped slice.
  3. Place a silicon sheet on a tray and arrange all the mango slices on it.
  4. Pour some melted chocolate on each slice to cover the full slice. Gently the tap the tray once and keep the tray in the refrigerator till the chocolate sets.
  5. Arrange the mango slices on a serving platter, put a 2-3 scoops of vanilla ice cream over them and serve immediately.
