Ingredients list for Kid Friendly Muffins

  • 2 cups Whole wheat flour (atta)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray muffin mould with oil or line with butter paper. Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer until well blended
  2. Fill each muffin mould full with batter. Keep in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes to till a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
  3. Cool partially in the mould then remove and cool on a wire rack. Store half in an air tight container. Freeze the other half and heat in a microwave before serving.
