Ingredients list for Khantoli
- 2 cups Rice Rawa
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Jaggery (gur) grated
- 1/2 cup Coconut scraped
- 1/4 cup Peanuts
Method
- Cook rice rawa in two cups of water or combination of one cup of water and one cup of coconut milk till nearly done.
- Add grated jaggery and cook till thick. Add scraped coconut and coarsely powdered peanuts. Mix well.
