Ingredients list for Kale Chips

  • 12-15 Kale leaves stems removed
  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Sherry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese freshly grated

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
  2. Put olive oil and vinegar in a bowl and mix well. Add kale leaves and mix well.
  3. Place the kale leaves on a baking tray, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for fifteen minutes or till golden and crisp, flipping occasionally.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on the chips. Serve immediately.
