Ingredients list for Kadugu Maangai

  • 1/2 kilograms Raw mangoes small and tender

Method

  1. Wash, peel and cut mangoes into half. Put mangoes in a jar. Add salt and sugar and put them in the sun for four to five days When the mangoes have absorbed all the salt and sugar, add red chilli powder and mustard powder and mix well.
  2. Heat oil to smoking point. Take off the heat and let it cool completely. Add the oil to the mangoes. Mix well. Store the above in an airtight container.
