Ingredients list for Ice Cream With Muscovado Sugar Syrup
- 4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 3 one-inch Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Aniseeds (saunf)
Method
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, orange juice and aniseeds along with one cup water in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil.
- Simmer for five to seven minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the syrup on top of ice cream and serve immediately.
