Ingredients list for Hot Fruits With Maple Butter

  • 3 large Mangoes 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • 3 slices Maple Syrup 1 1/2 inch cubes canned
  • 1/2 medium Papaya 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • 2 Banana 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • large pinch Cinnamon powder

Method

  1. Preheat an oven to 120°C. Combine melted butter and maple syrup in a small bowl and mix well. Place the cut mangoes, pineapple, papaya and bananas in a baking dish and brush with the maple syrup butter.
  2. Bake the fruits in the preheated oven for eight to ten minutes or until just tender, turning the fruits occasionally and basting them with maple syrup butter.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon powder over the baked fruits and serve hot.
