Ingredients list for Grilled Garlic Pepper Prawns - Grill Pan
- 10-15 cloves Garlic,chopped
- 7-8 Black peppercorns,crushed
- 8 large Prawns (kolambi/jhinga)
Method
- Heat olive oil in the Grill Pan. Add butter and garlic and half of the crushed black peppercorns and sauté for one to two minutes.
- Add prawns, salt, remaining crushed black peppercorns and lemon juice and sauté. Take care that the prawns do not get overcooked.
- Transfer into a serving dish. Pour rum into a heated deep spoon and hold over the flame till it catches fire.
- Pour over the prawns immediately to flambé. Serve hot.
