Ingredients
- 40-44 Green grapes
- 40-44 Black grapes
- 24-30 Spinach leaves
- 4 medium Cucumbers
- 16-20 Fresh basil leaves
- a few stra Wheat grass
- 6 tablespoons Honey
- a few Ice cubes
- 4 Kiwis
- 6 tablespoons Chia seeds , soaked and drained
- to garnish Fresh basil sprigs
Method
- Halve green and black grapes and put into a bowl.
- Put spinach leaves into a blender jar. Chop cucumbers and add. Add basil leaves, wheat grass, honey and ice cubes.
- Cut kiwis into small pieces and add to the blender jar along with a little chilled water. Add chia seeds and blend into a smooth smoothie.
- Pour this smoothie into the bowl of grapes. Garnish with basil sprigs and serve chilled.
