Ingredients list for Goan Lapsi
- 1 cup Broken Wheat soaked
Method
- Drain and boil lapsi with 2 cups water in a deep non stick pan. Cover and cook till soft. Add sugar and stir till it dissolves completely.
- Add green cardamom powder and mix. Add coconut milk and mix.
- Add cashew nuts and raisins and mix. Add ghee and mix.
- Serve warm.
