Ingredients list for Gluco Biscuit Cake
- 200 grams Digestive biscuits
 - 1/2 cup Sugar
 - 4 tablespoons Cocoa powder
 - 1 teaspoon Baking powder
 - 1/2 cup Milk
 - 5 tablespoons White butter
 
Method
- Grind glucose biscuits, sugar and cocoa powder to a smooth mixture.
 - Remove and add baking powder and mix well. Add milk little by little and keep stirring continuously. Melt the butter and pour it in the batter.
 - Pour the mixture in a greased microwave dish and microwave on HIGH for five minutes.Let it stand for a minute and then remove it and serve with vanilla ice cream or chocolate sauce.
