By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients carrot puree, whole wheat flour Cuisine Indian Course Breads Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Gajar Puri - SK Khazana 1 cup carrot puree 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon carom seeds salt to taste 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespo as required oil Method In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, red chilli powder, carom seeds, salt, chopped coriander, 1 tbsp oil, and carrot puree and mix well. Knead to a stiff dough. Divide the dough into equal portions. Grease the worktop with oil, place and roll out each portion into a small disc or puri.
