Ingredients list for Fruit and Vegetable Popsicles

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries dried
  • 1/4 cup Cranberries dried
  • 2 medium Peaches peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Apple juice
  • 2 medium Sweet potato boiled, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup Kale

Method

  1. Peel and put bananas in a blender jar. Add sweet potato, blueberries, cranberries, kale, peaches and apple juice and blend well.
  2. Pour the prepared mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze till set.
  3. Demould and serve immediately.
