Ingredients for Fruit Srikhand Recipe

  • Mango puree 1/4 cup

  • Hung yogurt 2 small

  • Banana(elaichi) 2

  • Strawberries 5-6

  • Apple 1 cups

  • Powdered sugar 3/4 cup

  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Almonds,blanched, peeled and slivered 4-5

Method

Step 1

Peel and chop the apple. Peel and chop the elaichi bananas. Hull and chop the strawberries.

Step 2

Take the hung yogurt in a bowl. Add powdered sugar and mango pulp and whisk well. Add the fruits and mix.

Step 3

Add the green cardamom powder and almond slivers and mix. Chill and serve.
