Ingredients list for Fruit Srikhand
- 1/4 cup Mango puree
- 2 small Hung yogurt
- 2 Banana(elaichi)
- 5-6 Strawberries
- 1 cups Apple
- 3/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 4-5 Almonds,blanched, peeled and slivered
Method
- Peel and chop the apple. Peel and chop the elaichi bananas. Hull and chop the strawberries.
- Take the hung yogurt in a bowl. Add powdered sugar and mango pulp and whisk well. Add the fruits and mix.
- Add the green cardamom powder and almond slivers and mix. Chill and serve.
