Ingredients list for Fruit Shrikhand
- 1 Mixed Fruits
- 2 Hung Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Mango pulp
- 2 cups Hung yogurt
- 3/4 cup Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- 8-10 + for Black grapes
- 1 Apple
- 2 Chickoos peeled
- 5-6 Strawberries
- 2-3 Red velvet cakes
Method
- Peel apple and bananas and cut into small pieces and put them into a bowl.
- Whisk together yogurt and castor sugar in another bowl till well blended.
- Add mango pulp and continue to whisk.Add the mixture to the fruits and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes and serve cold in a martini glass or a bowl.
- Blend custard with an electric beater and add to fruits. Mix well.
- Crumble velvet cakes and place in a circular glass dish. Press lightly, pour custard on top and spread evenly.
- Halve the strawberry and make a fan out of it. Place it on the centre of the dish. Halve black grapes and place on the circular side of the dish.
- Serve.
