Ingredients list for Frozen Fruit Candies
- 2 Oranges
- 4 cups Orange juice
- 2 teaspoons Gelatin
Method
- Peel the oranges, separate the segments and remove the skin and seeds. Chop the segments and set aside.
- Melt the gelatine in two tablespoons of hot water. Place sugar, orange juice and melted gelatine in a pan and cook till the sugar dissolves. Cool the mixture.
- Add the chopped orange and mix well. Take chocolate moulds and pour the mixture into the dents. Place the moulds in the refrigerator to set.
- Before serving, insert a tooth pick in centre, demould and serve.
