Mix the flour with sufficient water to make a thick batter. Dip the ice cream scoops in the batter and roll in crushed cornflakes and return them to the freezer for two hours or until frozen solid. Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan. Lower the batter covered ice cream scoops gently into the oil and deep fry for fifteen seconds or till golden brown. Drain and serve with chocolate sauce.
