- 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream
Method
- Keep the ice cream scoops in the freezer. Mix the flour with sufficient water to make a thick batter.
- Dip the ice cream scoops in the batter and roll in crushed cornflakes and return them to the freezer for two hours or until frozen solid.
- Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan. Lower the batter covered ice cream scoops gently into the oil and deep fry for fifteen seconds or till golden brown.
- Drain and serve with chocolate sauce.
