Ingredients
- Refined flour (maida) for dusting
- Cornflour/ corn starch for dusting
- Carrot pasta dough as required
Method
- Divide the dough into 2 equal portions.
- Place each portion on the worktop, dust some flour and roll out to thin sheets. Fold each sheet, slice and open each sliced piece to shape into fettuccine pasta.
- Dust some cornflour on top of fettuccine pasta and mix lightly.
- Use as required.
