Fettuccine Pasta

Freshly rolled carrot fettuccine pasta, dusted with cornflour and ready to cook or use in your favorite dish. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients

  • Refined flour (maida) for dusting
  • Cornflour/ corn starch for dusting
  • Carrot pasta dough as required

Method

  1. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions.
  2. Place each portion on the worktop, dust some flour and roll out to thin sheets. Fold each sheet, slice and open each sliced piece to shape into fettuccine pasta.
  3. Dust some cornflour on top of fettuccine pasta and mix lightly.
  4. Use as required.
