Ingredients for Farfalle Pasta Recipe

  • Refined flour (maida) for dusting

  • spinach pasta dough fresh as required

Method

Step 1

Divide the dough into two equal portions.

Step 2

Dust worktop with some flour, place oneportion and roll out to a thin sheet. Cut the sheet into roundels with a medium sized cookie cutter. Press the opposite edges of each roundel to shape them into farfalle pasta.

Step 3

Place remaining portion, dust some flour on top, roll out to make a thin sheet and cut into squares. Press the opposite edges of each square to shape them into farfalle pasta.

Step 4

Use as required.
