Ingredients list for Espresso Shot Cocktail
- 1 Coffee pod
- a pinch Nutmeg grated
- a few Ice cubes
- 3-4 scoops Vanilla ice cream
- 2-3 tablespoons Maple syrup
Method
- Get the coffee machine ready. Insert a coffee pod in the socket and switch the machine on.
- When the brew is ready, collect the shot in a small glass and pour it into a small jar.
- Add nutmeg, ice cubes, ice cream and maple syrup. Cover the jar and shake to mix well.
- Strain into another glass and then pour into shot glasses.
- Serve immediately ideally after dinner.
