Ingredients for Energy Laddoo Recipe

  • Oats 1 cup

  • Peanut Butter 1/2 cup

  • Chocolate chips 1/2 cup

  • Roasted almond powder 1/2 cup

  • Honey 1/3 cup

  • Sesame seeds for coating


Step 1

Dry roast oats in a non-stick pan till lightly browned.

Step 2

Put peanut butter in a small bowl and melt it in the microwave oven for 40 seconds. Transfer into a large mixing bowl.

Step 3

Add roasted oats, chocolate chips and some almond powder and mix well. Add honey and mix well. Add remaining almond powder and mix well.

Step 4

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a laddoo.

Step 5

Spread sesame seeds on a plate, coat the laddoos in them.

Step 6

Arrange the laddoos in a serving plate and serve immediately.
