Ingredients list for Egg White Omelette

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Onions
  • 1/2 small Onion , chopped


  1. Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Heat one tablespoon oil in a large shallow pan.
  2. Add onion, mushrooms and capsicum and sauté. Take the egg whites in a bowl, add salt and whisk.
  3. Add this to the pan and stir till the eggs set. Sprinkle white pepper powder.
  4. Drizzle some oil along the sides and flip to turn the omelette. Cook on the other side too. Serve immediately.
