Ingredients list for Egg Masala

  • 8 Eggs peeled & finely chopped hard boiled

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds, ginger, green chillies and onions and sauté lightly.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are pulpy. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt and sauté.
  3. Add eggs and coriander leaves and mix well.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
