Add onion, mix and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add broken wheat, mix and sauté for 5-6 minutes on medium heat. Add turmeric powder, salt, carrot, cauliflower, French beans and green peas, mix well and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add 2½ cups hot water and mix well. Cover and cook under pressure till 4-5 whistles are released. Open the lid of the cooker once the pressure reduces completely. Transfer onto a serving plate and garnish with fresh coriander sprig.
